High-tech machining using thermal and galvanic processes

EVC Plasmainstrument will manufacture customer-designed high-tech products with the use of machining centers, turning, boring, milling, electroerosive cutting, heat treatment, galvanizing, hardening processes in vacuum.

The proven technologies include:

• Manufacture of conveyor rails with surface hardness of 60HRC and roughness of Ra1.6.
• Manufacture of long-length chrome-plated shafts, rods and columns.
• Manufacture and subsequent five-axis machining of welded products with dimensions of XYZ 5300mm x 2200mm x 800mm, up to 30 tons weight, including of heat-resistant alloys.

We cooperate with the leading scientific centers of the country in the field of solving problems related to the scientific component of the project: MISIS, Bauman MSTU, KFU.

We carry out machining according to the customer's drawings in Kazan and Tatarstan.

If we are unable to provide the required specifications when manufacturing in Russia, we place orders with partners in South Korea, Germany, Finland, Turkey.
